I have a question that is related to my first (
http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,22398.0.html) but only because it it blocking progress on that task so I'm starting a separate topic.
I have a working TinyCore 6.4 boot stick. Meaning that it boots the PCEngines apu2 device that I am working on and gives me a standard user login (tc@box).
I have tried replacing the vmlinuz and core.gz files on my boot stick with the 9.0 versions that I downloaded from
http://tinycorelinux.net/9.x/x86/release/distribution_files/ and everything appears to work, but it freezes just before giving me a prompt:
Booting Core 9.0

Skipping DHCP broadcast/network detection as requested on boot commandline.

Clearly I don't yet have me head wrapped around this issue. What am I missing?
