Ettercap In Tiny Core
« on: November 28, 2017, 06:21:59 AM »
Hi guys, how are you? I have a question, would it be possible to use some applications from other systems such as BackTrack and Debian in Tiny Core? Although I know a lot of your applications already exist for Tiny Core, I would like to know if there is an ettercap for Tiny Core because I use ettercap on my Ubuntu, but I think it would be more practical if I could use this little system , since I can run it on any computer, even without HD, I already investigated the subject of ettercap, but I just found it compressed in tar.gz, when I ran the installer, gave a mistake, I wonder if someone has or know where it has the tcz format, it would make my life easier because I could mount it on the system only when I would use it. If anyone can help me, I'll be very grateful.

You could use dCore if you wish to use debian packages - see here:

Otherwise, you could compile ettercap from source - I'm not sure if this is what you tried to do with the source tarball?

The  tcz  is just a  squash  file system which is a  read only  file system created using  squashfs-tools. There is a Wiki page on
building extensions:
