why after shutting down TC, computer doesn't power off?

hello,

On <=2000 pc & laptops, TC loads correctly, but at shutdown, the system is halted correctly but  the machine doesn't switch off/power off?

any idea please,?

Likely older computers require APM.

hello Roberts,

I tried acpi=force but it didn't work maybe APM is needed I'll check.

The same problem  here on a FITPC2
