help with VMWare 12 and TC - how to install ????

Hello , Im trying to get TC working persistently on VMWare 12 with no luck .
Every time it is booting from iso image , and apps installed disappear when booting again .
I tryed some other topics , I downloaded tc-install and tried to run TC and from inside
 the virtual machine ( as mentioned on other topic )
to get the install with no luck

Sorry im occasional user of linux  , 

Any STEp-by STEP  guide , on how to install persistently TC on VMWare Player 12
is appreciated

Configure a drive, and install to the drive.
See the wiki, and read the book. These should get you started.
