Flash Air WiFi enabled SD cards - a candidate for TinyCore?
« on: April 30, 2017, 06:49:43 AM »
Hi:
Recently I came across the Toshiba 32GB SDHC memory card with embedded wireless LAN functionality. It also can be used as a stand alone wireless access point. The SD card  works with cameras and other electronic devices. It can also be used as "computer system" plugged into an SD/USB adapter stick. Power consumption is just a fraction of the RASPI. They come with a very basic bare bone operating system.
I was thinking to replace that OS with Core or TinyCore. Who is interested to help me with that?
t(w)o be(ers) or not t(w)o be(ers) that is the question
