anonymous FTP and new disk

Hi experts

I am completely new to Linux, I need to quickly install anonymous FTP server. I installed tiny Linux, I added new disk in virtual machine, but:
1. how I can mount that disk in TL
2. how I can force TL to store FTP data on that new disk?
