Unless it has been updated to support 128 character length object names (default it 64) then no. Also I'm testing 9.5.1, which is why I say that version numbers on database extensions matter. I don't see a 32 bit version in the repository, and I didn't have a 64 bit TC VM until a few days ago so I didn't even know it existed. There isn't a 64 bit PHP or apache in 6.x or 7.x either so unless I want to build those too I'm stuck in 32 bit land for now.
