Modifying boot sequence to dualboot from HD TCL

I want to download tcl extracted into my homefolder and be able to dual boot it and I want to modify the boot sequence in order to do this here's my boot sequence file. I don't know how to do this though. I am running lubuntu.

Ubuntu uses GRUB2.
Read the wiki articles on using your bootloader to load Core.
