An alternative to evince2.tcz, working name evince2-ps.tcz will be sumitted in the near future. Essentially same old Evince v2.32 but recompiled to provide support for post-script files. Works well in testing. Also working on efax-gtk to send/receive faxes. Got it running but having difficulties with fax quality, likely ghostscript issue so this is a longer term project pending submit. If anyone wants/needs a PDF reader that handles postscript files, let me know and i can PM a testing version. Thanks.
Edit: efax-gtk requires a new dependency, not yet in TC, named c++-gtk-utils. Compiled against gtk2, it will be called gtk2-utils.tcz. If anyone has a known Linux friendly hardware modem, such as my good old USRobotics, and may want fax capability, send PM and i can provide testing extensions. Thanks.
