V6.3 anyone building man pages?

I have not yet looked at man-pages but have built
man-db and some new dependencies that replaces the old upstream man.

Apparently man is not so well updated and a quick test of running
man whatis  from man-db and its doc is good.

so I will test more etc before submitting.

I am still not as good as coder as most here so please be patient while I plod along.

pms sent to both 5X maintainers now that I know I got man and man-pages working
AFAIK and more testing to follow.
