6.2 update deps fails to remove deps when a dep has been deleted on the repo.

ncurses.tcz no longer has a dep on ncurses-common, but updating deps does not remove or empty ncurses.tcz.dep, preventing mark for deletion.

This one's a bit difficult, as wget will return the same code with 404 vs network error. Wouldn't want to remove deps if your connection has a temporary hickup.

Perhaps an empty dep file should be required if there are no deps.
