Comments: Libiconv provides an iconv() implementation for converting
to/from Unicode, supporting multiple character encodings.
Encoding support is provided for European, Semitic languages,
Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Armenian, Georgian, Tajik, Kazakh,
Thai, Vietnamese, Turkmen, and Laotian, being able to convert
any of these encodings to any other through Unicode conversion.
This library works on all systems. To use it #include <iconv.h>
and use the functions. Libiconv and libcharset libraries and
their header files are copyrighted under LGPL. The iconv program
is licensed under GPL
