Hi
the re-imported sce could be placed on a dir called upgrade under the sce dir like it happens on core and moved to the sce dir during shutdown or reboot

I see how it would be convenient, as one could update in place a running sce.  I normally update an sce that is unmounted, or update it while running and then reboot, but updating the sce file while it is mounted is bad practice.  This would require a bit of adjustment to the established routine, but I will look into it when I have some free time.
