how can i backup programs in usb? (noob)

hi folks!

how can i configure tiny to backup my programs? i download it, but when i reboot the system, i lost all that programs.
please help me.

Create /tce dir in the root of the USB

my memory card is sdb1.
the root of the USB (memory card) is /mnt/sdb1 ?
