Note that I have split the gcc-binutils extension and re-compiled both binutils and gcc to /usr/local. The static libs for the gcc libs in the base have been moved to the base-devs extension.

Having gcc in /usr/local may cause problems (I didn't find any yet), so the gcc-binutils extension will remain for the time being.

i just finished the gfortran extension to use the gcc-binutils extension 
well, its a good thing i have a script to rebuild it then (i'll wait a little while to make sure the /usr/local versions don't case problems)
