importsce redundancy

Hi
I've imported libreoffice-l10n-it, then libreoffice-l10n-fr, selecting the 1st as dep of the 2nd, if the first is not loaded locales-all is merged in the 2nd otherwise no.
I don't know if it's clear enough

It should not matter if the sce that is chosen as a dep is loaded or not.  It will get mounted during the importsce session.
