non of the chrome ideas work here. Chrome won't install the scripts off the devs web page
or by following the devs advice of usiung tampermonkey.

i am on chromium tcl 23 here. Should be compatable.

i don't use firefox

the browser "surf" is great for me here on tcl 4.3.1.  It does most stuff and flash too.

Minitube is great......just Not sure if mintube lets you log into your youtbe account to make video comments
or edit your own youtube account.

just liked the idea of those scripts you mentioned. Strange how they don't work with chromium 23.  The dev
of the scripts seems to think they do.

just to conclude an old thread here.

This thread requirement can be met with tools such as "mps-youtube" and mplayer. You also need "Python" installed from the tcl app store and also maybe "git" so you can install things easily

As far as i can see, this idea works very well for youtube and is low on hunger for resources.

You can make a new mplayer "config file" with just 2 lines   (ontop=true   AND  zoom=true).

 When a video is playing you just hit the "F" key for full screen and it should be fine if you have Xorg video driver running
(even without Xorg too)
