Where to request an extension?

Where can I request an extension? Can I just post a request on this forum?

Is there an official waiting list for extensions that are waiting to be ported?
Who are the guys in charge of porting?

I woud not be able to make the porting myself, because I am a newbie, so I would like to get in touch with some of the relevant people to make a request.

The tinycore user base contributes extensions - it's really not that difficult, is explained in the wiki and there are many users willing to help.
