Is there anyway to connect to the internet using my wireless netgear card via command line?

You have not provided enough information to answer that question.

what we need to know is at least:
1. model nr of card. PCI, USB, etc. - and which chip is inside the card: model number etc.
2. Which TinyCore version you are using? X86, ARM, etc.
3. Do you see the wlan0 interface using $ ifconfig?
4. Is wlan0 visible in /dev/ folder?
t(w)o be(ers) or not t(w)o be(ers) that is the question

Net interfaces are not necessarily represented by a device node.
