How to reset / renew ip address on ppp0 interface with a hsdpa modem connection

Hi dear friends, the question is simple as the title say. I tried with dhclient but it does not work.
Any idea?

Thanks. Can you explain me better? The following does not work as well and it takes long time to respond:
