exporting proxy not work in aterm

When i give command export http_proxy=http://1.1.1.1:8080 its not work then i go to exit to promp mode and then  give export proxy command it will work any idea about this

Parents Don't inherit the environment of their children.
ENV variables set in an aterm are not visible in other aterms or in programs launched from the menus.
Create a file /etc/profile.d/proxy.sh that contains your export.
Then exit to prompt mode, logout, and log back in.

Make sure you add 'etc/profile.d/proxy.sh' to your /opt/.filetool.lst and do a backup.
