Apps running under 5.2rc1 onboot and ondemand display errors.

This is an odd error.
Xfbdev.tcz and Xvesa.tcz appear 3 times in the left panel of onboot maintenance and ondemand maintenance.
If Apps is started with either in onboot, it does not appear in the left panel, but if 'Delete Item' is selected 3 appear in the left panel again.
Selecting 'Add Item' then only removes one.
I only see this for Xfbdev.tcz and Xvesa.tcz.

I have some hold subdirectories under optional that contain Xvesa and Xfbdev.
Apps appears to be including extensions in subdirectories.
