wifi in core plus 5.02 and 5.1

Hi:
core plus 4.7.7 worked fine with my pci wifi card.
5.02 comes up with the wifi icon, but can not scan. Exits wifi.
5.1 does not show the icon at all. I can see an error during boot: "wireless 3.8.13 not found.
What can we do?

See what happens when you try to load wireless-3.8.13-tinycore.tcz after booting.

I have the exact same problem, and when booting from USB and loading apps locally, the few wifi related apps i see say "3.8.10" i think
