Debian requested debian-multimedia.org to stop using the Debian name.  Debian Multimedia complied and is now deb-multimedia.org.  To further complicate matters, someone else acquired debian-multimedia.org and Debian issued a warning about the old domain name as they could not vouch for the safety of the new domain.

"Debian Multimedia" is not deprecated, but the old domain certainly is.
