i hope someone can give me some tips or solution to display Chinese when i browse the Chinese websites. THANK YOU.

Install a suitable font. That's all.

edit: I'm not sure whether we have any in the repo currently. We do have a chinese bitmap font (xfonts-wqy).

Any ttf font placed in ~/.fonts might do.
