There is a boot code option to allow you to choose the location of your /home folder, however I want to choose a separate partition/drive that isn't mounted at boot time. Any recommendations on how to do that?

If you have already installed Tiny Core,
Just use home=partition, such as home=sda2, home=hda2, or whatever partition you are using.

Worked like a charm thank you. I made an ASS out of U and ME by assuming it wouldn't mount in time
