I will update tint2-svn.tcz in the next few days.
The theme switcher (tint2conf), the config tool (tintwizard) and the samples will be split into another extension (tint2conf-svn.tcz).

   I apologize for my very late reply. Please feel free to take over the tint2 extension, and wish you luck.  It has been quite a while since I built tint2, but from what I remember the build was not simple. If I can find my old notes in the next few days, I will pass them along.
