    Updated filetool - New GUI access to ,filetool.lst, .xfiletool.lst, and backup options.
    Updated filetool.sh to interface to updated filetool GUI.
    Updated ondemand to suport scm extensions.
    Updated scmapps GUI for new ondemand maintenace.
    Updated scm to interface to updated scmaps GUI
    Updated apps GUI - New Check Onboot Unneeded and changes required by ondemand scm support.
    New chkonboot.sh for cli Core only use.
    Updated tce-setup for consistency in handling onboot.lst and scmlist.lst, dropped .scm from scmlist.lst items.

Note: Requires new Xprogs.tcz (apps, scmapps, filetool) also in the rc testing area until final release.

• Fixed reported issues with OnDemand scm launching

Note:
Having both scm and tcz in ondemand means changes to tcz ondemand. Specifically, icons would only be
displayed when extensions are loaded. All ondemand items both scm and tcz would be available in the ondemand menu.
From the ondemand menu, item will be loaded and if specified by a freedesktop item will also be launched.
Then the regular menu item and icon, if any, will be updated and displayed. Subsequent launching of the item
will be via the regular menu or displayed icon. Subsequent ondemand menu selection for an scm item will
unmount it and remove the regular menu item and associated icon if any. Subsequent ondemand menu selection
for a tcz will produce no action.

All ondemand items need to be re-created for the new format.

they are not removed when delete them using ondemand maintenance

one more negative result of new ondemand format
became impossible to bind registered file mime types
with programs which is installed ondemand
to be able by using file manager such as pcmanfm
open any file types in programs which process them

that md5 check is excessive when loading scm and only leads to slower system booting on usb slow media

hi roberts,

now libreoffice.scm starts in the the ondemand-menue at the first time flawless, too.
to unload the ondemand-scm-item works as expected, fine.
thank you for that great feature that scms are included in the ondemand-menue!

BTW in the ondemand gui i could not delete the ondemand item,
so i deleted it manually.

in the scm-gui the option for deleting a ondemand-scm-item still doesn't work for me.

i was suprised that my two most important programs (browser and mail),
are not shown in wbar anymore... cause i load them ondemand.
i enjoy to boot a very lean environment and almost everything is loaded ondemand.
it's no problem to load them when they are needed, because i use shortcuts, the wbar oder i start even the fluxbox-menue with shortcuts...
i would be happy to include also ondemand, not loaded programs in wbar further..
i don't mind to edit files or to solve it in a config-file manually

again 4.7rc2 is a good, stable piece of work.

H'mmm   the new "Check Onboot Unneeded" feature no longer runs in my copy of rc2, not sure what happened there,  but running apps from the terminal doesn't provide any insight to the dilemma.

seems to be missing something, APPS opens the Check Onboot Unneeded window then quit searching after this point.

I see the need with scm, but unfortunately it makes for a lack of convenience for on-demand tcz users 

All ondemand items need to be re-created for the new format.

I recreated them and noticed that loading emelfm/opera9 from the on-demand menu item brought up the icons, whereas loading beaver brought up the icon and started the app - so far I didn't manage to spot why this should be...

i found some curious issues in new backup interface
1. there is possible add files but impossible add folders to green and yellow lists
2. 'Select Item to Add' button deactivated when item was marked and activated if juggle tabs
3. honestly i don't guessed that 'Clear' button beside 'Delete' does not remove all items
    but only activates 'Select Item to Add' button again
    because was bit scary to press it

maybe if don't disable 'Select Item to Add' button in general
then this strange 'Clear' button also will be unneeded

p.s.
it seems to me that title 'Select Item to Add' may be reduced to 'Add Item'
or even just 'Add' because 'Delete' and 'Add' seems quite understandable

and also it would be nice to clarify tabs titles for newbies for example

perhaps your onboot.lst is just perfect and there is nothing anymore that is unneeded in your onboot.lst?
it would be nice to get a message that everything is fine with the onboot.lst?

I will answer all here and not individually.

1. OnBoot Unneeded list was missing the "Scan Completed"  message - fixed.
2. Filetool directory selection capability - added and tab labels suggestion accepted.

and finally....

3. Ondemand icons for both scm and tcz - added.

I will test some more tomorrow and if seems OK will post rc3 sooner than later.
