ntp (old package)

Hallo,

in TC is a ntp (not ntpclient) extension available. This is of version 4.2.6p2 and has some errors (allready known). Is it possible to step up to "p3" or newer version to get these errors out?

Background: ntp (p2) works well with UNIX ntp servers but has some problems with windows ntp servers (for example: ntpdate does not work). I think this shoult be corrected to stay open in the use of ntp.

The extensions is from Daniel Barnes. Any ideas how to inspire him to make a new one?
