For browser quicktime substitute

As say this page I try to compile this plugin to play quicktime video in browser.
All dependecies is in the repo and the compilation end fine.

When i try to load one page with nested quicktime video the gui of player appear in the windows and the browser (seamonkey) freezes until I kill the plugin.

I hope that someone can give me a hand, one person has had the bad idea of ​​making a web application by inserting quicktime video inside it, and the only alternative left to me to consult them is to use windows.
