firefox builds

Hello

please can you tell me how to use the special firefox extension in tcl.
The extension is under firefox and allows people to build any version of Firefox
with any version of flash.

1) i have downloaded the targz linux file of the FF build that interests me
2) i have also downloaded targx linux file of the flash build that interests me

is it simple to proceed from here and how?
