Will Core.gz(x86) run on x64 processor

My question is as simple as the heading.
Will the default Tiny Core.gz which is 32bit run perfectly well on a 64bit processor.
Note that I DO NOT intend to run x64 softwares on it. Just only x86 software.

or put simple:
Will 32bit softwares run without modification on a 64bit processor.
