As it is known by some, I had some links deleted in another thread. Now one of those links I can probably understand, as it could in some way be deemed advertising of a (then) TinyCore Linux fork, but it was never explained to me why the other one was deleted, just that it was against the rules.
The second link was of a non-commercial nature (they both were, but I'm only concentrating on the second one), discussing TinyCore Linux, its features and a free extension. The only links on the page included an internal one to a plain text page detailing instructions for the specialised extension, one to sourceforge for the extension's source code, another to tinycore's forums (where you are reading this) and no less than 4 direct links to
www.tinycorelinux.com.
I've read this
http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,7738.0.html, and
http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,3977.0.html and am sure the second link did not breach these.
Arguably,
http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,9550.0.html and
http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php/topic,10866.0.html could breach these rules too, but I'm not fussing over them.
So, in order that I do not breach whatever it was again in the future unintentionally, could the moderators and/or admins tell me what I did wrong so I can make sure to be extra careful in the future?
Thanks.
