Hi Guys
I am sure you have already dismissed it but I shall re-vomit it
why not have a few email addresses created to gmail then each email address can get free 10G of google sites storage.
That has the effect of sharing the "load" across a number of servers, and even if you dismiss the idea, you could use google sites as a backup?
2) So when you click into alsa (top entry) that currently takes you to
http://www.tinycorelinux.net/4.x/x86/scm/src/alsa/it will eventually point to (and I shamelessly point to my own backup for example only)
https://sites.google.com/site/gordontinycore/ijsBut I removed all the tczs etc
3) The first weakness in my suggestion is that sites only allows an upload of 25 Megs so if you source is bigger you need to run
split ....upload the splits.....and edit the file to advise users how to download each split and cat it together
4) The second weakness is the tcz repository would need multiple email addresses to cover it all (either as a real substitute or just a backup)
thanks for reading
