There is a downloads link on the site.
You don't need to compile to install.
If you have to ask how, you probably shouldn't.

Based on your questions, I'm inclined to concur with gerald_clark, however, here is a link:

The article contains enough information to compile a kernel. Start by creating a Microcore CD and
booting it. Then start at the step labeled:
Quote
2. Download and untar Linux kernel 3.0.3 patched for Microcore Linux
in the article. If you are not planning on making changes to the kernel, skip the  make menuconfig
step. Either way, skip the  Navigate to:  step and proceed straight to  Build the kernel.

Thank you the same to you, but i want to know the microcore not kernel, just like GUI and shell of microcore? how can i get?
