AppBrowser and WEB list not in sync
« on: November 06, 2011, 12:51:56 PM »
I see extensions, like go.tcz and gfortran.tcz for example and others on the extension list with the browser as well as on the recently updated list. However these are not on the ab/AppBrowser list. They are not in sync.

Such is an administrator task on the server side. There could alway be a delay when batch posting extensions before the master list is created.

Not seeing that any admins were logged in, I updated the master list.
Should be fine, at least on ibiblio. Likely just an oversight which would be corrected when next batch posted.

It is automated via a single call to a script. However one would not want to repeatedly call this if one has several batches to extensions to process. It is far more efficent to call this task upon completion of all batches.
