How to disable antialiasing in gtk2 apps? Default programs (aterm, mount) look good but I installed Chromium and when I decrease font size, I can hardly read the text.

Mine works fine... are you using Xvesa or complete X.org?
Which extensions do you installed to get antialiasing?
