[Solved] Permanent noautologin?
« on: August 19, 2011, 02:34:03 AM »
Sorry if this has already been mentioned, as this is my first time here.

Is there a way to make noautologin permanent, so that I don't have to enter it in the bootcode every time I power up the computer?

If I am doing something wrong, or if there is a better way, please let me know.

Yes, add it in your bootloader config file.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

Thank you for the quick response.

Just FYI, I managed to find what I was looking for down at:

/mnt/[drive]/boot/syslinux/syslinux.cfg

Added "noautologin" at the end of each that line that says "append initrd="
