http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/tce/ says:

2009/02/20     Jason W     The Gimp Tool Kit. (TESTING)     2.14.7     2.6M    gtk2.tcel    info    md5

"gtk2.tcel" goes to:

http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/tce/gtk2.tcel

you may need gtk1: http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/tce/tce/gtk1.tcel

wow!
i think The Gimp Tool Kit=/ is not gtk+!
read this - http://www.gtk.org/overview.html

GTK+ was initially developed for and used by the GIMP, the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is called the "The GIMP ToolKit" so that the origins of the project are remembered.
