SCP command

Hi, i can't use scp command in terminal to connect with ssh.
How could i do it without using putty or open ssh, but with this command wich is not working.

Your problem is not clear. You do not use scp to ssh into another machine.
You have given us neither the command you used nor the error message you received.

Sorry, was just a problem of access on the machine where i wanted to copy files. It wasn't on the network, but now it's fixed.
