AppBrowser dep resolution bug
« on: December 01, 2010, 12:51:43 AM »
AppBrowser shows python-2.7.tcz as a dependency of pycairo-2.7.tcz in pygtk-2.7.tcz listing, while listing pycairo-2.7.tcz dependency directly python.tcz is listed instead of python-2.7.tcz Same happens with few other py... as well.

Given no issues have been reported in a very long time, and the fact of an almost constant renaming of the many python extensions; see this post:
http://forum.tinycorelinux.net/index.php?topic=7938.msg42522#msg42522
Is their assurance that all dep files have been renamed?
Providing precisely what python extensions were loaded would be helpful.

As far as I can see, no dep files contain "python-2.7", although several contain "*python-2.7"...

Good to know. Sometimes when there are massive changes some will fall from the tree. Probably best to force a server side reforestation periodically.
