Downloading tinycore packages and installing offline?

How could I download tinycore packages and install them offline/not running tinycore? I'm currently editing the iso but can't find out how to download tinycore packages or install them in this manner. Could someone help me out?

I'm sure you are aware the the list of extensions for TC 2.x can be found here. This page contains direct links to all of the supporting files (e.g. 915resolution.tcz.info)

The whole "secret" is that the "*.tcz" files are all in that same directory and could therefore be downloaded directly, e.g. via
    wget http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/2.x/tcz/915resolution.tcz
