Open a Root Shell

I am trying to install TC 2.11, the installation instructions say Open a Root Shell. How to do this in 2.11?

I suspect the problem is that the instructions have not kept up with the versions, and still relate to 2.2!

The install guide has been updated.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

The team has done a great job on the "Official Basic Installer Guide." Congrats!
