« on: May 06, 2010, 10:13:35 AM »
Hi Mates
since i am working without an HDD right now
and without my nvidida driver
and i can't play games
i though that it would be a good idea
if i make a TCL with included nvidia driver (like sabayon gaming)
and burn it to CD
well how to do all these ?
cuz i don't know what to edit
or what to start from
Best Regards

extensions you need: Xorg-7.4.tcz and nvidia-glx.tcz and their dependencies ofcourse
read nvidia-glx info for installation

by default extensions are mounted on "/tmp/tcloop/extension_name" location
you can copy the files or create tarball of any tcz extension

i have another Q:
i dont understand GPL license alot
so...
must i redistribute the new package under GPL2 lisence ? i mean can i use BSD lisence ?

The remix as a whole is an "aggregate"; you must respect the individual licenses of every component.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

if i didnt respect some licenses
so do Lubuntu
cuz its almost same things
only that i am on tiny core not ubuntu
even the nvidia driver
cuz SABAYON gaming use it preincluded
so
i can use BSD license ?

No, you can't put the whole under a noncompatible license. Likely there isn't a license existing you could put the whole under, anyway.
