Xorg extensions have problems mounting

I installed Xorg 7.6 and graphics in an attempt to get my netbook to run at the proper resolution. Now this is what I get during boot:



And this if I try to install the XF86 Intel drivers:



Obviously it's still in its stretched bad-resolution mode, though I think it's running Xorg and not Xvesa due to different display flicker when X starts up.

Your i2c extension seems corrupted. Please check its md5sum.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

On a sidenote: there is a good chance you'd get native resolution just by loading 915resolution, without a need for Xorg.
