tc 4.0.2 floppy doesn't work and it's led is always on

the floppy is not listed on /etc/fstab and it's led is always on.

Check the output of dmesg. Is the floppy controller being detected?

Have you had the floppy drive disconnected recently?  I haven't run the latest tc on any PCs with floppy drives, so I can't vouch for how well it handles them, but I do recall once long ago putting the cable onto a floppy drive backwards and it behaved like that (didn't work and light always on).  It didn't seem to have done any lasting damage - everything worked when I put the cable the right way.

the floppy works on the same pc using damn small linux
