Xorg and Dependencies
« on: October 02, 2011, 06:05:10 PM »
Ok. I follow the wiki: http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:using_xorg_over_xvesa. The most important I have: xorg is working. But now its loading all the dependencies I think maybe is not so important: xf86-video-* (except that one I will use). Can I remove this dependencies?  :)

You could edit your local copy of Xorg-7.6.tcz.dep to load only the xf86-video-* you use.

After reboot and testing, you could delete all of the xf86-video-* you don't use.
