A subjective "discussion" about who was the most prolific killer in history: USA, Russia/URSS China? And how better were the  countries after their liberation (Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya) etc.

" As long I see this threat I MUST AGAIN think about truly superior ideas in the Star Trek timeline in the 21. century, precisely in 2036. :According to a new United Nations regulation, no citizen of Earth is responsible for crimes committed by their ancestors (see TNG episode Encounter at Farpoint).   This truly needs it for the real world, because we still blame another side for committing XYZ at any time in history.

Do you really want to do that again and burn life for death past and still feed conflicts fully based on the past? No matter if we talk about Russia, the US, Europe, China, Japan, etc."
