Title: Downtime for server upgrade this week

Our server is getting an upgrade to some beefier hardware this week. Expected downtime is about 8 hours during European nighttime, which might inconvenience US users slightly. Please grab a copy of mirrors.tcz beforehand, so that you can switch to a mirror during it, assuming you use the main repo mirror.

The upgrade is taking longer than expected, but still in progress.
