The fourth release candidate of dCore 5.0 is released and ready for testing:

Changes for RC4:

• tc-functions: setupHome to allow existing empty home directory.
• tc-config: Restore mkdir home to support tfplist.
• Updated 80 files for relocation of busybox applets.

The major change this RC release is the relocation of Busybox applets to /bb.  Please test and give feedback.
